Another big climb

Hi everyone! I just got back from a two day climb with the club here in Esquel. This time we did the East face of Cerro Nahuel Pan, which is a skosh higher than Cerro 21 and required us to do the summit day from a base camp higher up. It was a much smaller group this time overall, with only ten people making the attempt, and only six of us making the summit. And once again, it was a strong reminder that if I am going to do this regularly, I had better stay in practice. These climbs have worn me out! It really is a great group of people though, and a neat thing to me that they are all so dedicated and can devote as much time to the project as they do. Now it’s time to get back on the water...
